HSFocus was founded in 2008 by Lopa Vibhakar - Organisational Psychologist and Systemic Consultant.

 

Lopa has over 35 years experience working in well–being and Mental Health both in Private and Public sector.

Lopa provides evidence based interventions to individuals, teams and organisations and designs, develops and delivers bespoke well–being programs to support employees with their mental health and work place performance.

Lopa works with people’s values, beliefs and behaviours to create sustainable change in individuals, teams and organisations.
