Specialist therapy service for people who are going through Cancer and their partners/families.

Relationships are a circular process, we bring our own parts of the upbringing into our relationships with our friends, partner, children or at work.

Hence here at HSFocus therapy for individuals, couples and families can help and support you untangle some of the complex and traumatic experiences to have a better understanding of yourself and others around you by applying powerful psychological models that resonate today’s life and the stressors that come with it.

Individual Therapy

Our therapists are dedicated to help individuals who wish to improve and manage their emotional well-being and mental health in a safe, caring and confidential space.

We work closely with a wide variety of couples at different stages of life. Some are ready to take stock of their relationship and iron out issues, whilst newlyweds or pre-married couples are looking to explore their strengths and weaknesses to get a strong head start on their marriage.

Through her own experience of cancer, Lopa understands and believe how important it is to talk about CANCER/mortality, feelings of loss and how it can change our perspective of life and relationships.
