Lopa  Vibhakar: HSFocus Founder
Specialist team of highly trained health professionals providing a broad range of services to enhance mental health, well-being and performance in today’s fast-paced and demanding world. 

HSFocus was founded in 2008 by Lopa Vibhakar: MSc Occupational & Organisational Psychology, MSc Systemic & Family Psychotherapy, BA (Hons) Psychology.

Lopa is a highly trained Psychologist  and Systemic Psychotherapist with over 30 years experience working in NHS mental health services alongside running her private practice. Lopa provides evidence based systemic therapy/ psychological interventions to individuals, couples and families with ongoing difficulties, conflicts and communication breakdown.

Lopa also works with people with severe and enduring mental illness such as depression, psychosis, post natal depression, Bi-Polar disorder, personality disorder and anxiety.

Through application of psychotherapy and organisational psychology, Lopa develops and delivers well-being programmes for organisations to support employee performance to include clients such as Bovis Lendlease, RBS, JP Morgan and UBS, Unilever.

Lopa works with peoples values, beliefs and behavior to create sustainable change in individuals, teams and organisations.

Sally qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1998 and has worked for the NHS since in various mental health services as an Occupational Therapist and a Clinical Practice Specialist. Delivering a wide range of assessments, clinical interventions, co-ordinating care for patients with multiple complex needs and risk behaviours, setting up specialist services and team management.

She is a highly experienced and skilled mental health practitioner, experienced in providing evidenced based interventions to young people (aged 13-18 years), adults and their families with an extensive range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. from 1st onset to severe and enduring mental ill health.

Sally is also an experienced Clinical Supervisor and a Career Coach to NHS professionals.

 

As a yoga student and a certified practitioner of Ayurveda (the ancient holistic medical system from India). She has her own private practice offering Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Consultations, well-being workshops.

 

Always undertaking training and learning opportunities Sally is passionate about enabling and empowering people to live fulfilling lives, reaching their potential, promoting independence and well -being.
